Church Flowers Order Form
Altar flowers add beauty, life, and warmth to our worship space.
They are purchased to give glory and thanks to God.
Typically, people buy them in memory of someone.
It is also appropriate to buy them in honor of someone's birthday,
anniversary, or some other celebratory event in a person's life.
In your email specify which Sunday your flowers are purchased for.
Also, you'll want to include whichever of the following sentences best applies:
These flowers are donated to give glory and thanks to God in memory of ________________________________________________________
or,
These flowers are donated to give glory and thanks to God in honor of ________________________________________________________
